JRL Solutions Ltd are an accredited NEBOSH training provider and training centre. JRL Solutions Ltd provides Chartered Safety and Health Practitioners as trainers on its courses. Our belief is that the best trainers lead to the best outcomes for those being trained.
Our two key aims are:-
- To ensure that all achieve highly in examined courses.
- To ensure that all improve their understanding and application of occupational health and safety principles.
Our training is underpinned by the following key principles:-
- Cognitive including the acquisition of knowledge and the development of thinking.
- Affective including influencing attitude and behaviour.
- Psychomotor including the improvement in skills and the practice of those skills.
JRL Solutions Ltd has high expectations for those being trained. On examined courses our pass rates are high with many achieving credit status and several achieving distinction status.
Those being trained acquire knowledge, develop understanding and learn and practise skills. They enjoy their training, are interested, enthusiastic, concentrate and remain focussed on the task. They are resilient in tackling challenging activities across the syllabus. They are keen, have the commitment to succeed and have an increasing ability to grasp opportunities to extend and improve their training. Their achievement is at a high level and they strive to meet their own individual potential.
As our expectations are high our training ensures that exceptional progress is made. We are highly effective in motivating those being trained and ensure that all achieve. Our subject knowledge is applied consistently to challenge and inspire. Resources, including appropriate technology make a marked contribution to the quality of training as does the support provided. Trainers are aware of individual capabilities and their knowledge and understanding. This enables them to adjust the planning of training sessions. Assessment and dialogue is used to ensure that those being trained understand how to improve and they are supported in doing so. Trainers systematically and effectively assess understanding throughout sessions anticipating where they may need to intervene or adjust to impact on the quality of training.
JRL Solutions Ltd uses a wide range of tactics, methods and strategies in its training. We believe in the fullest participation of all those being trained. Particularly, we encourage real thinking about issues, which we find leads to better understanding and application. JRL Solutions Ltd believes in directing those being trained to carry out assignments for completion in their own time outside the course day. On all examined courses mock examinations and practicals are used so that those being trained gain valuable experience in the standards needed. We do not believe in the presentation of information only and do not expect those being trained to learn by rote or memory. We work at individual, small group, larger group and plenary levels as appropriate. We discuss, ask questions and encourage those being trained to work together to provide answers. Indeed one of the benefits of training with JRL Solutions Ltd is that we help each other to achieve. We use the experiences of every member of our courses to ensure our success.
JRL Solutions Ltd are NEBOSH and IOSH examiners and work with both bodies. We understand what it takes to achieve highly in examinations. Our trainers have wide experience and backgrounds in consultancy and so are able to answer questions and not just present a course in a theoretical way but cannot answer questions about content and application.
