JRL Solutions Ltd is a NEBOSH accredited training centre for the International General Certificate, the International Diploma and the International Technical Certificate in  Oil and Gas Operational Safety.

Additionally JRL Solutions Ltd works with NEBOSH accredited training providers to provide tutors for their courses leading to globally recognised qualifications in health, safety and risk. Courses are led by Chartered Health and Safety Practitioners in UK and Internationally. NEBOSH International General Certificate

The NEBOSH International General Certificate is a recognised qualification throughout the world. It is for those internationally who require a broad knowledge and understanding of health and safety principles and practices.  The qualification focuses on international standards and management systems, enabling candidates to effectively discharge workplace health and safety responsibilities in any employment sector, in all parts of the world.  The NEBOSH International General Certificate is also suitable for those embarking on a career in health and safety, providing a sound basis for progression on to the NEBOSH International Diploma.

The International General Certificate meets the academic requirements for Technician Membership (Tech IOSH) of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and Associate membership (AIIRSM) of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM).

NEBOSH International Diploma

NEBOSH diplomas are professional qualifications for health and safety practitioners. NEBOSH certificates provide an excellent foundation for managers, supervisers and people starting out on their career in health and safety. A certificate is usually an essential requirement to study for the diploma.

The NEBOSH International Diploma is the qualification for aspiring health and safety professionals building directly upon the foundation of knowledge provided by the NEBOSH International General Certificate. It is designed to provide students with the expertise, wherever in the world they may be working, required to undertake a career as a safety and health practitioner.

On successful completion of the qualification, the Diploma holder may apply for Graduate membership (Grad IOSH) of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), the major UK professional body in the field. This is the first step to becoming a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner as a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH). This qualification is also accepted by the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management as meeting their requirements for full membership (MIIRSM). Holders of the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety may use the designatory letters “IDipNEBOSH” after their name.

The NEBOSH International Diploma has been designed to be at the same level as the NEBOSH National Diploma which is set at level 6 under the UK National Qualifications Framework (NQF), developed in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Although the NEBOSH International Diploma is a vocationally related award, the NQF permits comparison with academic qualifications. It is examined at the same level as the Level 6 National Diploma which broadly equates to an honours degree-level qualification under the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (FHEQ).

NEBOSH Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety

This new qualification is designed specifically for those with safety responsibilities in the oil and gas industry.

The qualification focuses on international standards and management systems, enabling students to effectively discharge workplace safety responsibilities both onshore and offshore. The Certificate also highlights the importance of process safety management in the oil and gas industry.

It is for those who have the responsibility for ensuring safety as part of their day to day duties, including:

• Managers;
• Supervisors;
• Employee representatives;
• Newly appointed Health and Safety Advisers.

Students should already have an underpinning knowledge of safety issues and may already have studied one of NEBOSH’s Certificate-level qualifications.
