INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMA

JRL Solutions Ltd is a NEBOSH accredited training centre for the NEBOSH International Diploma. JRL Solutions Ltd provides both a block and a blended model of delivery for the International Diploma.

The NEBOSH International Diploma is the qualification for aspiring health and safety professionals building directly upon the foundation of knowledge provided by the NEBOSH International General Certificate.  It is designed to provide students with the expertise, wherever in the world they may be working, required to undertake a career as a safety and health practitioner. 

On successful completion of the qualification, the Diploma holder may apply for Graduate membership (Grad IOSH) of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), the major UK professional body in the field.  This is the first step to becoming a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner as a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH). This qualification is also accepted by the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management as meeting their requirements for full membership (MIIRSM). Holders of the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety may use the designatory letters “IDipNEBOSH” after their name. 

The NEBOSH International Diploma has been designed to be at the same level as the NEBOSH National Diploma which is set at level 6 under the UK National Qualifications Framework (NQF), developed in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.  Although the NEBOSH International Diploma is a vocationally related award, the NQF permits comparison with academic qualifications.  It is examined at the same level as the Level 6 National Diploma which broadly equates to an honours degree-level qualification under the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (FHEQ).
