CONSULTANCY SOLUTIONS

JRL Consultancy Solutions provide the answers to health and safety problems faced by organisations. You may not know the answer and need help or you may know the answer but have not the resources or time to effect change or you may just want to be seen as using impartial help from outside your organisation. For whatever reason JRL Consultancy will act either with total adoption of your problem or in partnershi with you. JRL Consultancy Solutions provide solutions to meet your needs and budget.

You can initiate JRL Consultancy Solutions in whatever way is best for you using the contact details on this website.  You will need to be able to give a brief outline of the problem including such information as: -

  • Occupational setting
  • Numbers of employees
  • Location of problem
  • Type of problem
  • Reason for your concern
  • Evidence of any injuries or ill health

JRL Solutions Ltd will then use this to present, in writing, a proposal for its resolution. This proposal will include references and standards to be used, methodology to be adopted, issues to assessed, estimate of time scales, reporting details and estimated cost.

The approach taken will always be based on secure evidence. This evidence will come from direct observations, discussions and interviews, scientific measurement if appropriate, study of documentation and photographs. The evidence is presented as findings. These are evaluated against criteria, usually legal, as contained in Acts and Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice and Guidance and/or best practice. A clear judgement is made as to significance. From this follows recommendations for the organisation to implement.

JRL Solutions Ltd uses Chartered Safety and Health Practitioners in its consultancy work. JRL Solutions Ltd has competency in most occupational settings and across a broad range of main categories in occupational health, hygiene and safety including: -

JRL Solutions Ltd is also happy to work with other consultancy providers in assisting them to meet their own consultancy objectives for their own clients. The basis of these arrangements is subject to discussion and agreement between the two companies.
